Steve Kuipers is the owner of JJJ Turf Care. Steve’s love for the outdoors makes a difference in every aspect of his business. He loves to make the extra effort that makes lawns look great. Steve loves what he does.. and it shows!

Steve has always enjoyed working outside from picking blueberries as a kid, mowing neighbors lawns or working for landscapers and lawn care companies while he was in high school. After high school he attended MSU and received an associates degree in the industry which has led him to work in this field for over 20 years.

In 2003 he decided to start a part-time lawn care business where he could specialize in fertilizer and weed control. As the business has grown, Steve has also added mowing and aerating services. We have now begun the adventure of making the business full-time. We have been blessed with great customers and some have been with us since the beginning.

Our mission is to do the best job we can possibly do.

We are pleased when our customers are happy and enjoy their lawns. We have also been teaching our children about the lawn care industry and have tried to instill a good work ethic in them as they help us with the business.
